There are many fantastic reasons to work on a luxury yacht - the travel, the exciting lifestyle, amazing friends, rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous and of course...a great salary.


The perks of living aboard a yacht amplify your salary in the sense that crew members have minimal expenses. They do not pay rent, nor do they pay for food, toiletries, medical and dental insurance and in most cases flights home once a year. A disciplined crew member can save a lot of money in a short period of time. A smart crew member can create a path in life only dreams are made of.
